4. Intellectual Property & AI Content

You retain ownership of the original content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Resumend a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the optimization service.

Optimized Content: While you own the rights to the final optimized version of your resume, the technology, prompts, and underlying algorithms used to create them remain the exclusive intellectual property of Resumend.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Job Guarantee: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific job outcomes, interviews, or employment offers as a result of using our tool. The success of your job search depends on numerous factors beyond the scope of resume optimization.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Resumend, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or use) resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
